Welcome to SolBrain Telegram Bot! These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the SolBrain AI-powered quiz bot, which allows users to participate in crypto trivia contests within Telegram groups.
By using the bot, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SolBrain Bot.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age requirements in your jurisdiction.
Users must have a valid Telegram account to participate.
A Solana wallet address is required to receive any rewards.
3. How It Works
3.1 Participation
Users can join contests hosted by group admins using the SolBrain Telegram Bot.
To register, users must set their Solana wallet address via /set_wallet command.
The bot offers three difficulty levels: Easy, Medium, and Hard.
Users must follow the contest rules and answer questions within the given time.
3.2 Rewards & Distribution
Winners will be determined based on their quiz performance.
Prizes are distributed to the registered Solana wallet addresses after the contest ends.
Incorrect or invalid wallet addresses may result in the loss of rewards. The bot is not responsible for incorrectly provided wallet details.
The bot developers/admins reserve the right to withhold or disqualify rewards in case of fraudulent activity.
4. User Responsibilities
By using the SolBrain Bot, you agree to: ✅ Provide accurate and valid information (including your wallet address). ✅ Use the bot in a fair and ethical manner. ✅ Not engage in cheating, bot abuse, or exploitation of system loopholes. ✅ Respect other users and avoid spamming or disrupting contests.
Failure to comply may result in temporary or permanent bans from the bot.
5. Limitations & Liabilities
No Financial Guarantee: SolBrain Bot is for entertainment purposes only. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of rewards.
No Responsibility for Losses: We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected rewards due to user mistakes or Solana network issues.
Bot Downtime: While we strive to keep the bot operational, we do not guarantee 24/7 uptime.
6. Privacy & Data Usage
The bot only collects necessary data such as Telegram User ID, Wallet Address, and Group ID for quiz functionality.
We do not sell, share, or misuse user data.
Users can request data deletion by contacting the admin.

7. Amendments & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the bot’s services at any time.
